Location, location, location.
Facilities need to be checked in all rooms - i.e. the bathroom door in our room did not close. Noise conduction between rooms was very bad.

The fact that it is right across the street from the Hy-Line ferry service to Nantucket Island.
Upon checking in we had to return to the front desk on three occassions. Once because there was no cold water in the room, and twice because the next two rooms they sent us to were not ready for occupancy.

The pool, and Restaurant. The cleaniness. The staff. The safe in the room, made it easier, as well as the refigerator, and other conveient facilities. I would recommend the hotel!
I didn't like that it is not handicap accessible. It was a little confusing, finding your room.

Exceptionally clean place with amazing view of the ocean. Excellent personnel at check-out and beautiful facilities. Particularly good and perfect setting, walking distance to restaurants and bars.
Beds were a little hard.

Location to boats and to shopping. Plenty of places to dine or to snack. Walking distance to Downtown.
No complaints although the beds were too soft in the middle. Also the floor above you could hear footsteps from other guests.

The location our hotel was excellent. The town was plesant with restaurants and shops. It was easy to get to other towns as it was centrally located.
Our shower water was luke warm. We complained to the front desk, however there was no change. It was very irritating taking a luke warm shower when we prefer our showers hot. Our iron did not work properly so it was difficult to iron our clothes. We had a room with two beds. The first bed we tried to sleep in smelled like animal urine. We then slept in the other bed. Although we were pleased with the location of this hotel the accomodations were poor. We told the front dest about these issues, but they did not seem to care.

Large room but small bathrooms. Got the room shown on the website. Very good location. Pool with hot salt-water very pleasant.
Booking that comes says there is a free public Parking available. This is absolutely false. However the Hotel only charges 12$ per day which is a good price.

The bar / lounge area was nice. Good place to sit around and have some drinks or eat.
Shower did not work well. Water went from very hot to very cold and would not stay consistent. The room was very outdated and did not appear to be overly clean. Bed also had a lot of sag and was not comfortable. The rooms with a view of the harbour and courtyard area looked as if they were more updated and nicer, however the rooms looking out to the parking lots were not as nice. We didn't mind, but it was noisy at night. You could hear people haning out in front of the rooms and the rooms were not very well sound proofed between each other. We could hear the room above and next to us.

The location near the ferries was fantastic. My room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom was tiny. Parking was a hassle, with limited spaces . Service could improve as housekeeping had some oversights during my stay, but overall it was a comfortable experience.

The pool is good. Kids love it.
The hot water in the room had problem since day 1. We couldn't get it fix until the last day! The room facilities are aged. The aircon was noise and the toilet was leaking.

We were happy to only walk across the street to catch the ferries to Nantucket and Hiannis Port.
Enjoyed our stay.

Room was nicely decorated with a balcony view. Missed having food options on site, frustrating. The outdoor pool area offered plenty of seating but closed too early.
